Policy Reservation
Dear Guests,

We kindly ask you to observe a few simple rules regarding your reservation to facilitate our staff’s service:

Reservations can be made at the following times: 7:30 PM, 7:45 PM, 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM, 9:00 PM, 9:30 PM, 9:45 PM, and 10:00 PM.

On Fridays and Saturdays the tables at 19:30, 19:45 and 20:00 are available for 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time of booking.

A Credit Card is required to guarantee all reservations. No amount will be charged at the time of booking. The Credit Card is used to protect us against late cancellations.

Reservations can be canceled in the following ways:

Using the button in the confirmation and reminder email 2 hours before the reservation time
By phone 2 hours before the reservation time
We reserve the right to apply a penalty for late cancellations or No Shows:

€50 per person for cancellations made less than 2 hours before the reservation time and for No Shows.

Please inform us of any delays and observe the punctuality of your reservation. Delays of more than 15 minutes without notice will be considered as No Shows and will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Notification of delays can only be made via phone, message, or WhatsApp.
Extensions beyond this time are not possible in case of delay.


At the time of your reservation, please inform us of any allergies and/or intolerances, the presence of children, and the need for a high chair.

Four-legged friends are welcome. To ensure we can offer you the best table, please let us know at the time of booking.

By making a reservation at Food Writers, you automatically accept the above conditions.
